UPDATE: Alleged Cheyenne Rapist Turns Himself In

A 21-year-old Cheyenne man accused of raping a woman is now behind bars.

Laramie County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Don Hollingshead says Owen Soto turned himself in last (Wednesday) night.

Soto was wanted on a felony warrant for first-degree sexual assault in connection with a forcible rape.

He has yet to make his initial court appearance.
