Please join us on May 31st, 2014 from 9am to 1pm at the Sunrise Shopping Center parking lot for Touch-A-Truck!!!

Touch-a-Truck is a family oriented single day event where children get to climb on and explore their favorite vehicles! Vehicles include: fire trucks, police cars, and construction equipment. There will also be demonstrations, concessions, and a chance for children to meet local heroes.

This year, Manor Heights EFC and The Wyoming Food for Thought Project have teamed up to bring Touch-A-Truck to the Casper community.  Manor Heights EFC is a parent-run organization whose purpose is to organize events which provide unique experiences for our community, school, and most importantly, our students. The Wyoming Food for Thought Project works towards ending hunger as part of on overall community effort to alleviate poverty.

Our main goal is to bring an affordable event into our community. The cost of admission is $4.00 per person or a jar of peanut butter. All peanut butter collected will go into “Weekend Backpacks” for school aged children who might otherwise go hungry.

There will also be a quiet hour from 9am to 10am for children who are sensitive to noise. There will be lots of giveaways from ice cream to Pepsi and much more! Also, Prime Time will be on hand serving lunch and breakfast.
