Thirteen Candidates Throw Names in for Casper Council Seat

Thirteen Casper residents have expressed interest in the recently vacated Ward 3 seat.

Chris Walsh stepped down earlier in the month to focus more closely on a job at the Wyoming Attorney General's Office as the head of the Peace Officers Standards and Training division.

The council began advertising the open seat shortly after and released the applicants' names on Monday. Council members will review applications and hold interviews at a special meeting on August 5.
