Believe it or not, not everyone is going to watch the Super Bowl this weekend. I'm one of them. Not that I'm anti-Super Bowl, it's just that I'm not a fanatic like the rest of the United States seems to be. If you're not watching the Super Bowl, here are a few things you can take advantage of.

Go Shopping

Perfect opportunity to go to places that normally have giant lines like a Costco or Sam's Club. If you go to a grocery store, it's not bad but you may still run into the occasional guy who drew the short straw or cool wife who needs to run and get more snacks or drinks for the at-home crew. If you have some shopping to do, this would be the time to do it. Just don't expect the shelves to be full of game day food items like chips and beer.

Go for a Drive
The streets will be pretty baron as well. Now is a good time for a leisurely drive where ever you may go.

Watch the Puppy Bowl
Another annual tradition is the Puppy Bowl that plays during the Super Bowl. This is the annual alternative that features the cutest puppies in a sports setting generally rolling around and looking very cute-like.

Go Out to Eat
So long as you're not going to a sports bar, the town is basically yours. Great opportunity to hit up a place that may usually have a long wait time. You'll be seated in no time!

Go To the Movies
If there's a movie you've been itching to see, but wanted to watch it with the fewest amount of people possible, now is the time. With most of the public at home you can watch your choice of film with plenty of elbow room.
