For those of you who don’t know me, I was born in Colorado, and I spent the majority of my childhood there. These things I’ll talk about are also offered in CO, but for whatever reason they were not available options to me until moving here. I don't know if we just didnt know the right people, but some of these are pretty common for all Casperites. We were nowhere near affluent, but we had a house, and my sister and I ate three square meals a day. I am very grateful for all my parents did for us, before someone gets the wrong idea.

Now that that’s out of the way, let me brag about Casper for a second.

When we moved here the world became my oyster, it felt like I could do anything. My parents started asking me questions about my interests sports, arts, clubs, future jobs, all sorts of stuff! I didn’t actually know some of the options I had existed in real life. Where I had lived before these kinds of things, I had an early passion for were way too expensive for us, and not even on our radar. Not only was I ecstatic to learn that they do in fact exist, I don’t even have to wait until high school to get started.

Thanks to Casper, I not only got to try a bunch of different things, I got to make some of the closest friends I've ever had, learn some lessons you just have to experience, and have adventures not everyone gets to have. If you're not sure what do do with your child, or what they may want to try, here are some ideas.

Things I got to Do in Casper, That I Couldn't in Colorado

A TikTok account called @One_Million_Dollars where they share a quick video of what a million-dollar home in each state would look like. In their video about Wyoming, I couldn't believe all the means things people said about our amazing state.
