The Freaker’s Ball And Tattoo Throwdown Comes To Casper [VIDEO]

Rock 96.7 is cranked up for The Freakers Ball and Tattoo Throwdown – Saturday, October 15th at The Venue. Tickets are $10 at the door, all ages are welcome, and Alcohol will be provided with ID. The doors open at 6, and the Freak Show starts at 7

Music will be provided by headliners  Die Hard ‘Til Death & Chemical Tree – with local favorites Beastwood, It’s In My Blood, and Horror Biz--a Misfits tribute band. The event will feature a huge costume contest--with the winner getting a 3 day, 2 night trip to Vegas!--chance to meet the bands, and a winner take all Tattoo Contest.

Chemical Tree

When one door closes another will open in it's place - with the downfall of Dallas' hard rock act Totem in the spring of 2006 the door opened for the birth of Chemical Tree. The band formed with the intention of revisiting the classic metal and classic rock sounds of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, and fusing them with modern elements of bands like Tool. From the ranks of Totem came guitarist Dave Utorka and bass player Joey Grice. Hooking up with former Backbone vocalist Steve Russell and Backbone drummer Joe Campbell, the foundation for Chemical Tree was put into place by the end of 2006, and with a handful of gigs under their belts they looked to make a few changes, solidify the lineup and move forward.

Die Hard 'Till Death

Die Hard 'Till Death features Kenni James Morgan on vocals, Steve Helmer on guitar, Kurt Arft on Bass, and Paul Marciano on drums. Based out of New York,  Die Hard 'Til Death is a, in their own words:
