Anyone on this year’s ShipRocked cruise knows that Five Finger Death Punch could have completely powered the boat themselves with a pair of electric performances. No one can ever accuse Mark Tremonti of being an underachiever, as the guitarist has always had a full plate juggling two successful bands in Alter Bridge and Creed. However, back in 2012, he took things to a whole new level releasing the debut album ‘All I Was,’ from his self titled project, Tremonti, which saw him adding the role of frontman to his resume.

As if Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Three Days Grace and several other top rock and metal acts weren’t enough, Tremonti and Black Stone Cherry have been added to the bill of this year’s ShipRocked cruise.

Southern rockers Black Stone Cherry were gearing up to set sail on the 2012 ShipRocked cruise in late November but the band just announced that they will have to stay on solid ground instead due to some pretty exciting news for lead singer Chris Robertson.

Hard rock fans, rejoice! Korn have joined Godsmack as co-headliners of ShipRocked 2012. In addition, several other acts have jumped aboard the rockin’ cruise.
