Just as the national trend was more to the conservative right in this past election so went many of Wyoming's school board elections.

ESports, for those of you who don't know, are video games that are played in a highly organizaed competitive environment. Nation-wide, more K-12 schools are beginning to embrace online competition in the classroom.

Natrona County School District superintendent Mike Jennings reccomends the school board accept more than $35K in gifts, grants, and donations.

They didn't realize their virtual board meeting was open to the public

Working in the radio industry, you try to be VERY aware when the microphones are on. Everyone knows someone who has said something stupid, not realizing that the mic was hot. Some get fired; some weather the storm. This school official in Putnam County, N.Y., is now on the hot seat because of comments he made at a recent meeting about an overweight parent.

Freedom of speech may have its limits. Gilford, New Hampshire resident William Baer was arrested on disorderly conduct charges earlier this week after he continued to speak at a school board meeting even thought his allotted two minutes to talk were over.
