Rude

As a whole, most folks in the Cowboy State are polite. I'd even go out on a limb and say compared to most major metropolitan areas, we are leaps and bounds ahead of them on the polite scale.

A woman in Minneapolis has started handing out cards to men who harass women as they pass by on the street. The Cards Against Street Harassment are meant to show these men why it's not OK to do what they're doing.

Normally you'd have to throw a buck or two towards a street performer to get them to even move. So if you think about it this guy lucked out -- as did we!
