Rock the Block had taken its share of knocks in recent years including the COVID-19 lockdown and the ownership change of the Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill and Venue.

Make sure to mark your calendar and set your reminders for Wednesday, May 31st, for the first Rock the Block event of 2023.

Things haven't been easy for Rock the Block over the course of the last few years, but it has pressed on.

There's a popular saying that goes: "when one door closes, another one opens". No metaphor could have ever been more fitting.

Since the Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill and Venue permanently closed in the end of January, 2023, the future of Rock the Block has been in the air.

Yellowstone Garage announced on Facebook that it is now under new ownership and is opening in the near future!

Dynamic Sound and Lighting, the company that provided all of the sound and stage equipment for Rock the Block, took the venture over from Huff in order to ensure that it remains a vital part of the downtown scene.
