You might watch this whole video wondering out loud if it is, in fact, real, or if the internet is playing a joke on you. That is how ridiculous this "what to do if you encounter a bear" news segment is.

One of my most favorite type of videos on YouTube are the ones of news bloopers. Ones where they're video-bombed from the background, ones where they say the wrong words, ones where they can't stop laughing - I love'em all. In case you missed any from 2012, here are the best news bloopers of 2012...

This is why Anderson Cooper is the best at what he does. He's broadcasting live from Geza, bomb explodes in the background and comments on it. If I were there, I'd take off my mic and say, "Well, this is when I never do this ever again," and retire.

This news reporter for Channel 9 Eyewitness News in Orange county has it all. He's a good lookin' guy on TV, has a great speaking voice and, probably most importantly, has a name you will never forget. Even though 'Gustavo Almadovar' isn't the most recognisable name on paper, the way he says it will make you remember him for life. See how he says his name here:

Tired of regular, boring, emotionally unavailable news? Well then, this is the video for you because this melodramatic news reporter is very involved with his work. He’s emotional. He’s gesturing wildly. He’s smacking his notepad for emphasis. You really get the sense that it’s not every day a bus crashes into a house in Montgomery County, Maryland. And when one does, it is a BIG deal.

I actually kind of feel bad for this. They thought they made this huge discovery. Something that could've won the person who found it fame and glory while the news team could've won the prize for the biggest breaking story of the year. It turns out they didn't win much more than viral humiliation for discovering a sex toy that was apparently buried underground.
