"The affidavit is replete with conclusions and bald allegations of criminal conduct without trustworthy information nor supporting the facts" reads the motion to dismiss the defendant's arrest warrant.
On one instance, investigators searched the defendant's residence in Bar Nunn and found about 1,900 fentanyl pills, 10.3 grams of methamphetamine, 1.8 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms, and $2,980. Later, on a different day, they found 19.7 grams of meth and about 680 fentanyl pills.
Charges indicate that Mark Strobel traveled to Aurora, Colorado frequently to bring methamphetamine back to Natrona County for distribution. Two others have been arrested in the alleged conspiracy as well.
Court records state that in January 2022 an investigation into the possession, transportation and distribution of methamphetamine in Natrona County identified Faulkner and several co-conspirators.
Assistand District Attorney Stephanie Arrache reccommended the judge set bond at $75,000 CASH ONLY due to the "extreme problem Natrona County is having with meth."
