Kidnapping

An 18-year-old Rockport, Indiana man is behind bars after leading authorities on a high-speed pursuit through Cheyenne Thursday morning.

A Colorado man who was arrested at a Cheyenne motel in February 2022 after allegedly kidnapping a woman at gunpoint from Michael Bloomberg’s ranch has been found guilty.

Rock Springs incident: Man arrested after domestic violence situation. Children safe. Tactical Operations Group involved for peaceful resolution.

Police were responding to a reported kidnapping.

No officers were hurt.

A police affidavit said Joshua Hicks fantasizes about young girls.

Court documents say that Hicks drove the girl around, exposed himself to her and forced her to touch his genitals.

Eaton was convicted in 2004 a sentenced to death for murdering Lisa Marie Kimmell in 1988.

Hicks then allegedly drove the girl around and exposed himself to her and forced her to touch his genitals for about three seconds.

Hicks drove his pickup truck north on Coffman, cut through the parking lot by the Sunrise bowling alley and then went north on Poplar.

Josh Hicks appeared in Natrona County Circuit Court where a judge set his bond at $500,000 cash-only.
