Meet Dorian Layton, or "Ninja Dorian", a 5-year-old boy living with terminal brain cancer. Dorian performed his own Christmas miracle December 24th at the Wyoming Medical Center by using his own money to get gifts for children in the hospital on Christmas.

Let’s face it, we’ve all done it. We get a gift from someone that, even though it was a nice gesture, the gift, for some reason, just wasn’t our cup of tea. So do we throw it away? Certainly not, that would be wasteful. So what do we do? We find another friend who might better like the gift and give it to them, thus making us what is commonly known as “a regifter!”
