Food For Thought

The first town hall meeting on Feb. 27 was attended by more than 60 people.

The Easter bunny in cooperation with Poverty Resistance, Food for Thought and the Casper Housing Authority will host the annual Easter egg hunt from 10am to 2pm Saturday at the Life Steps Campus gym (Building C), 1514 E. 12th St.

The Wyoming Food For Thought Project has given Casper so much since it's inception. Among plenty of other activities, they host the Weekend Backpack Program, the Farmers Market, and more. Now, they're getting the city involved with their Community Garden:

The Casper Man-Cave and Wyoming Food For Thought Project are teaming up to raise food and money for the Weekend Back-Pack Program.

We're still counting your generosity from Friday's first annual Casper Cares Radiothon, to feed Casper kids in need through the Weekend Backpack Program at the Wyoming Food For Thought Project - but wanted to say a quick THANK YOU for the thousands of dollars raised, the tons of volunteer hours, and the two truckloads of food that will stock the shelves of the Wyoming Food For Thought Project.
