Neighbors of Pamela Michener, a school bus driver in Sarasota, Fla., knew that something was wrong when she went on a few tirades recently. So, one neighbor decided to whip out her phone and record the crazy lady as she screamed profane and racist statements at the top of her lungs. The neighbor then posted the video on social media so people could "see this is who is working with our kids.
