Via Ultimateguitar.com Suicidal Tendencies have seen the rise and fall of censorship scandals. They’ve watched the music industry’s balance of power shift from major labels to independent ventures. Perhaps their greatest feat of all was surviving as a creative entity in a fickle industry. And while it’s true that the hardcore punk/thrash metal outfit has endured a good deal of lineup changes, vocalist Mike Muir and guitarist Mike Clark have remained the stronghold for Suicidal Tendencies since the 1980’s. The duo, along with bassist Steve Brunner, lead guitarist Dean Pleasants, and drummer Eric Moore returned to the studio to re-record many classic ST songs along with tracks from another former Muir/Clark project, No Mercy. The September release No Mercy Fool!/The Suicidal Family marks not only ST’s first studio album in nearly a decade, but it also serves as a preview of sorts. Come early 2011, fans can expect a full-length album of entirely new material by the Los Angeles natives. For The Complete Interview, Click Here
