Sinkhole Appears On Poplar St. In Casper [VIDEO]
A sinkhole has appeared around the intersection of Poplar and 13th. Police have the area currently blocked off.
The sinkhole is approximately 3 feet in diameter. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes while the situation is being investigated and resolved.
