Say Hell-o To The Extractor [VIDEO]

I can certainly understand why someone would invent this wacky medical device. It would be considered a device, right? I imagine it giving the blow up doll a run for her money on a domestic level. Why this device is necessary is a good question too. The Chinese are wacky!
