Car Goes Flying Over Racetrack, Tumbles on Landing; Driver Somehow Remains Unhurt
Any landing you can walk away from is a good one, right?
Twenty-year-old rookie GP3 driver Konstantin Tereshchenko somehow managed to get some serious airtime in his racecar during a practice session at the renowned Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps track in Belgium. (GP3 is like the minor leagues of Formula One racing.)
Fortunately he managed to not only survive the car's somersault upon landing, he got out of the vehicle without any help, just as a fire had started toward the rear.
