Casper police arrested a third suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred Sunday morning.

Andrew Melikian, 22, was charged in Natrona County Circuit Court on Thursday with felony counts of aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, and two misdemeanor counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and possession of a controlled substance.

He also was charged in a separate case with two other misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Circuit Court Judge Michael Patchen set his bond at $75,000 for the group of four counts, and an additional $2,000 for the group of two drug counts.

He will have a preliminary hearing within several weeks to determine whether his case will be bound over to Natrona County District Court for trial.

If convicted, each of the robbery counts is punishable by between five and 25 years imprisonment.

Two other suspects, Nicholaus Harford and Raechel Holmes, were arrested earlier this week for their involvement in the same crime.

The case began Sunday morning when a man told police he was cleaning a friend's car near East Fourth and South Park streets, according to a police affidavit filed with Natrona County Circuit Court.

He heard footsteps behind him and a male voice said, "'give me your money m-f.'" The victim turned around, saw a man with a bandana on the lower part of his face, and a pistol with a long barrel pointed at him.

The victim gave him his wallet and mobile telephone. The man left on foot. The victim went around the corning to take cover and saw a black sport utility vehicle leave the area..

The victim contacted police and said his debit card was used at a convenience store on Wyoming Boulevard. Officers reviewed a store video of a woman, later identified as Holmes, try to buy a $75 prepaid gift card and $5 worth of gas. They also saw a man, later identified as Melikian, exit the vehicle and attempt to use the card at the pump credit card terminal.

Police contacted Holmes. After waiving her Miranda rights, she said Harford contacted her and Harford gave her the debit card and told her to get gas and buy a gift card.

After the interview, the detective left the police station with Holmes, who was to be picked up by Melikian. Holmes persuaded Melikian to talk to police. During a look inside his vehicle, the detective found what appeared to be a handgun, and suspected methamphetamine. The vehicle was impounded.

After being advised of his rights, Melikian denied knowing anything about the suspected methamphetamine or the robbery.

In a subsequent interview, Holmes said she and Melikian were present at the robbery, and Harford and Melikian planned it

Police arrested him on Wednesday.
