The Black Keys’ Patrick Carney Dislocates Shoulder

Some unfortunate news to report out of the Black Keys camp as drummer Patrick Carney dislocated his shoulder this weekend.

According to TMZ, during a trip to St. Barths, Carney was “slammed” to the ocean floor, courtesy of a huge wave. “Patrick was rushed to an ER and put under with anesthesia so doctors could reset his shoulder,” TMZ reports.

As of this writing, it seems that Carney is out of the hospital, though he’ll be recovering for awhile. And at least on Instagram, the drummer is keeping a positive attitude during this ordeal:
