Ozzy Osbourne stopped using LSD when he was still with Black Sabbath – but he suffers flashbacks to this day, he’s revealed.

The Prince of Darkness regularly finds himself “freaking out” at the smallest things, and says the drug which defined the psychedelic 60s era isn’t something he can recommend.

Ozzy tells Monsters And Critics: “I still get the after-effects. I call them my ‘wobblers’. In a flash every little problem freaks me out and becomes the end of the world.”

And he adds: “In my experience LSD is great until it isn’t. One minute you’re running down Miami Beach with a foam finger on your head – the next you’re sticking a gun in your best friend’s face.

“If you keep taking that shit it’s going to bite you in the balls.”

Son Jack Osbourne recently revealed he’s changed the name of the documentary he’s shot about his dad. It had been called The Wreckage Of My Past but now it’s entitled God Bless Ozzy Osbourne.

A plot description reads: “Ozzy Osbourne’s personal struggles have been shrouded in secrecy, until now. Featuring archive footage and interviews with Paul McCartney, Tommy Lee and others, God Bless Ozzy Osbourne is the first documentary to take viewers inside the complex mind of rock’s great icon. Plagued by self doubt, Osbourne went on a binge that lasted 40 years. God Bless Ozzy Osbourne will relive the highs of his triumphs as well as his journey to sobriety, which Ozzy regards as his greatest accomplishment.” (via Rock News Desk)
