A Pantego, Texas coin dealer is adding to the reward money for last month's double homicide in Cheyenne.

Doug Davis, Founder and President of the Numismatic Crime Information Center, is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for shooting and killing 67-year-old Dwight Brockman and 76-year-old George Manley at The Coin Shop on July 20.

"Murders are kind of far and in between, but coin dealers being targeted across the country has increased over the years," said Davis.  "There's always somebody out there that wants something that you've got, especially when it comes to rare coins and paper money."

Davis has been in contact with Cheyenne Police and says they're doing a great job on the case.

"They got the information out there and hopefully with the reward money that'll just prompt some additional leads in the case," said Davis.

The Cheyenne Police Department is continuing to investigate the case and currently has detectives working with surrounding law enforcement agencies in an effort to apprehend the suspect, who is described as a Hispanic male around 5 foot 7 inches tall.

Anyone with any information about the crime is asked to call (307) 637-6510 or Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.
