Natrona County Authorities Search for Two Who Didn’t Return to Casper Re-Entry Center
The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help in locating two men who did not return to the Casper Re-Entry Center on Friday.
Joseph Hemme, 26 left for work early that morning, while 24-year-old Andrew Melikian was allowed to leave so he could apply for a job. Neither returned that evening.
Investigator David Hulshizer describes Hemme as a white male, 6'2" tall and weighing 170 pounds. Hemme has black hair and brown eyes.
Hemme was sentenced in February out of Albany County to a five- to eight-year term for burglary and buying or concealing stolen property.
Melikian is described as a white male, standing 5'10" tall and weighing 180 pounds. He's bald, possibly with red facial hair and blue eyes.
Melikian was sentenced out of Natrona County District Court to a term of three-and-a-half to six years for aiding and abetting robbery.
