Natrona County Authorities Search for Convicted Meth Dealer
The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding a man convicted of delivering methamphetamine in the Casper area.
Quentin Oler, 30, is about six feet tall and weighs roughly 190 pounds. He has reddish-brown hair and blue eyes. Oler was last known to live in the Mills area, according to the Natrona County Sheriff's Office.
Oler was convicted in March of one count of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
Charging documents say Oler sold methamphetamine for Richard Lee "Soldier" Wickham, who brought enormous quantities of meth from Colorado to his home in Casper and other parts of Wyoming, where he would redistribute the drug.
On one occasion in February 2016, Wickham hid 25 pounds of meth in drywall compound. He also brought in nine or 10 pounds of heroin at one point.
Wickham would hold large get-togethers, including a barbecue, in order to distribute the meth to others, who in turn would sell it in the Casper and Gillette areas.
Oler was due to be sentenced last week before Natrona County District Court Judge Thomas Sullins on the meth conspiracy charge. However, Oler didn't show up.
Sullins issued a bench warrant for Oler's arrest June 14.
Anyone with information on Oler's whereabouts is asked to call the Natrona County Sheriff's Office at 307-235-9282.
