A Mills man who conspired with three others to use guns and hatchets to rob an alleged drug dealer of his marijuana in a home invasion in 2015 pleaded guilty to two of four counts in Natrona County District Court on Thursday.

Konnor Patrick "Rollo" Rollison, who was 28 when arrested, pleaded guilty to one felony count of aggravated burglary and one felony count of larceny aiding and abetting.

In exchange for the plea before Judge Catherine Wilking, Assistant District Attorney Dan Itzen and defense attorney Hampton Young agreed to dismiss two other counts, and that Rollison would serve two concurrent prison terms of not less than six years and not more than 12 years.

Restitution, if any, has yet to be determined.

If the case had gone to trial and he was convicted, Rollison would have faced between five to 20 years on each count.

Wilking explained the plea is a "cold plea," meaning Thursday's deal is off and Rollison will go to trial if he breaks the law or refuses to cooperate with authorities as they work on the pre-sentence investigation.

After the plea, Rollison told the judge what happened when he and three others decided in early July 2015 to go to a trailer home in Evansville where they believed a person they knew had marijuana.

Rollison said he was armed with a hatchet, while the others had firearms.

"We planned on taking anything ... marijuana, paraphernalia," he said.

"By my actions, they were afraid," Rollison said. "My co-defendants did threaten them verbally."

Despite the home invasion happening in 2015, the victim did not go to the authorities until the next year because the robbers told him they would kill him if he talked to authorities.

After the hearing, Itzen said two of the defendants -- Tanner Davis and Gabriel Ingles -- will go to trial later this year.

The case of another defendant, Taylor Whiting, went to federal court in part because Whiting is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, Itzen said.
