Mayhem Festival 2014 Rumors

I know everyone does these festival prediction posts, and I know it gets a little annoying.

But, with this latest round of winter weather and the realization that we're still weeks away from any summer festival, I need something to look forward to.

One of my favorite festivals the last few years has been Mayhem Fest.  With Ozzfest and others disappearing, Mayhem has taken over as one of the big events.  I have spoken to a couple of my friends who are in the "music biz" and researched possible candidates online for this year's lineup.

There are dozens of bands that COULD be playing, but only a few that I keep hearing over and over.  They include...

• Avenged Sevenfold 
• Korn (Munky has verbally confirmed they are playing to a couple people)
• Killswitch Engage
• Suicide Silence
• Cradle of Filth
