Local Bands Rocked Galloway’s Friday Night!

Friday nights at Galloway's are in general awesome enough. So when I found out that Seeds N Stems, Indie Soul, and Good Morning Tonight were playing there as well I had to go. Five bucks cover, and a couple drinks later, I am outside on the patio and Matt Galloway has done it up awesome. I love that he sections of a big piece of parking lot for the main area. Outdoors at night right now is fantastic! I unfortunately missed T Roy, and Indie Soul. (Due to circumstances beyond my control.)  However I didn't miss all of his Natural Jokester antics. Plus I know from first hand experience that Indie Soul is amazing! I have played a few shows with them myself, and I love their cover of Radio Head Creep.

Seeds N Stems had pretty much just taken the stage and set up as I arrived, and so I took a nice spot against the wall and enjoyed my first music of the night. I like these guys a lot, Especially when they have Supporting Bands. Seeds N Stems has been a strong band in Casper for a long time now, and I am personally friends with most all of the Members. I have been fortunate enough to have them on my show Locals Only twice, and am looking forward to their new release they are in the process of recording now! One thing I am very happy about is that Seeds has started to expand their covers into some more punk rock areas as well. Doing songs Like Fall Back Down by Rancid, and etc. Which brings me to the Highlight of the show for me! as I said before I took a spot and watched, what I haven't mentioned tell now is the most amazing guy I happened to stand next to. On my right hand side was a man of years, and I happened to notice his Bouncing Souls shirt, and so when he told me "This is Rancid". I was like heel yes! Punk Rocking older guy!!!! I only hope I can stay that cool as I progress in life.
