“Little” Man Gets Caught With Whizzinator

A likely story. A Pennsylvania man claimed Friday that he used a prosthetic penis during a drug test because probation officials made fun of his real penis. Raymond Hartley Jr. insisted that the device, called the Whizzinator, was filled with his own drug-free urine. He said he wasn't trying to trick anyone, just save himself from being emasculated. Prosecutors argued that Hartley never complained about the testing until after he was caught with the device. Hartley was slapped with a one- to two-year sentence for violating his probation.
