Kip Moore took the stage and owned it at the 2016 Cowboy Kickoff and Pep Rally.

Kip Moore had fans at War Memorial Stadium in a frenzy. Loud cheers and fans singing along to every song echoed throughout the UW campus. This is definitely a Cowboy Kickoff Concert for the books.
