Kid Rock is plotting a big 2015, as he has just announced that his upcoming album, 'First Kiss,' is set to be released on Feb. 24, with an extensive summer tour to follow.

Rock, energized by the success of his "$20 Best Night Ever Tour," returned to the studio with renewed enthusiasm and cranked out 'First Kiss' to keep the momentum going. The musician spent a good part of the spring as a headliner on many of the early year rock festivals, but then got to work on the new album.

'First Kiss' is the first release for Kid Rock with Warner Bros. as his label and his fingerprints are all over the album. Rock produced a majority of the disc (Dan Huff co-produced two of the tracks) and recorded it at his home studio in Michigan.

Fans can look for a new single hitting the airwaves at the beginning of 2015 and plans are already under way for an ambitious summer 2015 trek. Dates will be announced soon.

We'll keep you posted as more details on Kid Rock's 'First Kiss' album emerge.
