A List of Wyoming’s Best Book Stores
There is a myth out there that people don't read anymore. Actually, we read more than at any other time in human history. But what we read and how we read it has changed.
These days, most people read on their mobile devices, such as cell phones and tablets. Magazines and novels are not as popular as they once were.
But some are reconnecting with the old paper book. As digital burnout rises, students are rediscovering the quiet comfort of books. University of Miami librarians and book club leaders say they’re watching reading take on a new role on campus—one rooted in community, imagination, and the need for moments of genuine pause. Across the nation, book clubs have made a comeback.
Bookstores have become harder to find. There is something special about getting lost in a bookstore for hours, looking for that next great read. Here is a list of independent bookstores in Wyoming.
