Scary Nuclear Strike Map Shows S.E. Wyoming Is SCREWED

WELL, this is scary.

Should we ever get into a nuclear exchange with Russia or China, here are the places across the U.S.A that are targeted. Notice how clustered those missiles are around southeast Wyoming. Montana and North Dakota have a lot to worry about, as well.

Likely Nuclear Targets in Wyoming. If you live in Cheyenne, you are SCREWED!

F.E. Warren Air Force Base (Cheyenne): This is considered the primary target in Wyoming. As one of three US Air Force bases responsible for maintaining and operating Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), it is a top-tier target.

Missile Silo Fields: The southeastern corner of Wyoming, along with neighboring areas in Colorado, Nebraska, Montana, and North Dakota, contains concentrated fields of nuclear missile silos. These areas are targeted to disable the U.S. land-based retaliatory capability.

Infrastructure: Besides military installations, key infrastructure, including communication hubs, transportation hubs, and energy facilities, could be targeted.
Impact Assessment.

Cheyenne: The Cheyenne area would likely face immediate, catastrophic damage in a large-scale nuclear exchange.

Fallout: While much of Wyoming might be spared direct hits, significant parts of the state would likely face high levels of radioactive fallout, particularly downwind of the missile fields.

Regional Impact: A concerted attack on US nuclear silos in the Midwest/Mountain West could make the surrounding regions extremely dangerous, regardless of direct hits.

While these maps identify high-risk areas, experts note that in a massive nuclear exchange, the long-term impacts, like nuclear winter, would render the concept of a totally 'safe' location, such as in rural areas, relatively moot.
