Some time ago, there was a big lawsuit over Almond milk being referred to as milk. Almond milk, for example. The dairy industry insisted that the product can't be called something that it is not.

We all know that boneless buffalo wings aren't wings.
This week, however, the good guys lost their battle in court.

A man who was suing Buffalo Wild Wings for the abomination called
boneless wings have

been overruled by a judge.

Watch the case being made in front of a city council in the video below.

This entire case took up time in court, when courts are overloaded with cases as it is. The gentleman filing the complaint obviously has too much time on his hands. So, he intends to waste his time and everyone else's.

Judge John J. Tharp Jr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, dismissed a claim by Aimen Halim, saying it 'has no meat on its bones.'

'Despite his best efforts, Halim did not 'drum' up enough factual allegations to state a claim,' Judge Tharp said in his ruling. (New York Times).

Okay, but what about BUFFALO WINGS! There are two problems with calling them buffalo wings.

First, buffalo do not now nor have they ever had wings.

Second, those are not actually buffalo, they are BISON! The name of the restaurant should actually be called BISON WILD WINGS.

Bison and buffalo are distinct bovids, often confused due to the colloquial use of "buffalo" for American bison. True buffalo (African Cape and Asian Water) are native to Africa/Asia, lacking the massive shoulder hump and large, shaggy heads of North American Bison, which possess shorter, sharper horns, thick, shedding, brown fur, and a distinct beard.
