The drink options that are available to us have never been bigger, and according to health experts, many of those drinks have never been more unhealthy. A long list of unhealthy beverages to avoid if you're worried about your health has been released and you're not going to be happy about it.
A study has revealed that 73.2% of Wyomingites, over the age of 18, consume at least 1 sugar-sweetened beverage every day. Wyoming only sits behind two other states, Hawaii and Arkansas, on the list of states that drink the most sugary drinks.
When a sugary drink is mentioned, it could be a wide variety of drinks. Soda, coffee, alcohol, juices, or energy drinks all fall under the category of sugary drinks. If sugar is in a drink, experts say it's bad for your health.
