• The City of Casper is closing all non-essential services today. So City Hall, Hogadon Basin Ski Area, Casper Recreation Center, Casper Family Aquatic Center, Casper Ice Arena are all closed and LINK bus services will stop at 12:30. Police, fire, plows, trash collection, drinking water and sewer all remain operational.
