Joey Novak Selected to Compete in 2025 NWCA All-Star Classic
LARAMIE -- For the second consecutive year, the University of Wyoming wrestling team will have representation at the NWCA All-Star Classic.

Joey Novak is set to compete against Little Rock’s Stephen Little on Nov. 1 inside Jersey Mike’s Arena on the campus of Rutgers University.
Novak and Little – who are No. 3 and 4, respectively, in Flo’s preseason rankings – each own a win in their two previous matchups. Little defeated Novak via major decision, 13-5, during the 2024 NCAA Championships. Novak got his revenge at the 2025 NCAA Championships, defeating Little via major decision, 13-5.
The event, which begins at 5 p.m., includes 15 matches featuring top-tier talent. Ten are men’s matchups, four are women’s matchups and one is a men’s matchup of Division II and III talent.
