How Do You Deal With Whiners? – Question Of The Day

Here at the radio ranch, we have a lot of people who like to whine. I'll admit that I've contributed my fair share of complaining as well. You see, our industry has changed DRAMATICALLY over the last year and a half, and everybody had a hard time adjusting. When you go from doing things the same way everyday since the inception of radio, to completely changing operating procedures overnight (literally), well...people are going to bitch.

At first, it sucked. Now, it's part of the work day, every day. Get over it, and realize that you're working in an industry that the majority of the population would kill to be a part of...

Anyway, listening to certain people whine lately has really put me on my last nerve. Help a brotha out and let me know how YOU deal with whiners in the comment section...
