On Jan. 23, a tribute show was held for the late Randy Rhoads and a new studio album called Randy Rhoads Remembered, Vol. 1 was released. Some big names are featured on the disc, including Sebastian Bach, Megadeth's David Ellefson, Guns N’ RosesRon ‘Bumblefoot’ Thal, Korn's Ray Luzier and more. And now, you can listen to the debut track on the disc, Sebastian Bach’s cover of “S.A.T.O.” Check out his rendition of the song above, and the disc's full tracklisting below.

Even if you didn’t attend the tribute show last month, you can still get your hands on the full studio album by heading to CaliforniaMusicFest.com. Once costs to produce the effort are covered, a portion of all album sales will go directly to the Rhoads family. This year's concert and album were organized by veteran drummer Brian Tichy and as we previously reported, everything was done with the blessing of Rhoads' family. Randy's brother, Kelle, even plays on a couple of tracks on the disc.

A second Rhoads tribute album is also slated for release in 2015. This disc is called, Immortal Randy Rhoads: The Ultimate Tribute, and is set to be released on March 3. It will feature musicians like Serj Tankian of System of a Down, Tom Morello, Chuck Billy from Testament and many others.

Rhoads died on March 19, 1982 in a plane crash incident. He was just 25.
