The owners of a medical marijuana dispensary in California were offering free marijuana cigarettes to patients who donated four or more cans of food. As if the complimentary weed wasn't incentive enough, the food was going to a good cause -  the Second Harvest Food Bank holiday food drive. Granny Purps dispensary owners Nancy Black and Phil Hicks said they handed out 2,000 free joints and collected 11,000 pounds of food for the drive.
