Black metal warriors, hail your new church-burning, kvlt blasphemers … Foo Fighters! For the band's Halloween night concert at The Ryman in Nashville, Foo Fighters came out in corpse paint!

Before hitting the stage, Foo Fighters presented the crowd with the Nashville episode of the band's 'Sonic Highways' HBO series. Following the screening, Foo Fighters launched into 'All My Life,' completely painted up like a black metal act.

Dave Grohl was elated to play the Nashville venue, talking to the crowd before performing a cover of the Queen and David Bowie classic, 'Under Pressure.' “The version of this I played at Thomas Jefferson High School in ninth grade wasn't good enough to win the battle of the bands,” Grohl said. “Now I get to play it at The Ryman for you motherf---ers."

The band's 25-song set lasted around two-and-a-half hours, featuring covers of 'Polk Salad Annie' with the track's creator, Tony Joe White; Cheap Trick's 'Stiff Competition'; Van Halen's 'Ain't Talkin' Bout Love'; Tom Petty's 'Breakdown' and Black Sabbath's 'War Pigs' featuring country star Zac Brown (watch above).

Foo Fighters' eighth studio album, 'Sonic Highways,' will hit shelves on Nov. 10. To pre-order the album, click here. To check out the band's 'Sonic Highways' HBO series, tune in Friday nights at 11PM.
