Finally, A Womb With A View

The Corallium Spa on the Canary Islands includes “The Womb Room,” which is designed to make guests feel like they’re back in their mother’s womb. Kinda creepy, if you ask us, but it’s supposed to be relaxing and help people with sleep problems. The room’s front entrance, known as “the neck of the uterus,” leads to a rotating treatment room. The rotations are meant to “simulate a giant umbilical cord.” Visitors are also offered water beds which are designed to resemble the amniotic sac. You’re also encouraged to lie in the fetal position. Ok, so we just made that last one up, but it seems likely.
