Downtown Casper Flourishes During the Total Solar Eclipse [PHOTOS]

Casper lived like a big city at least for a weekend. The hustle and bustle hit downtown with droves of people. Thankfully, unlike a big city, the crowds went home after the eclipse ended. Some locals loathed every moment, but others embraced and mingled the tourists.
