Caught with his pants down! Quite literally. Michael Polley, 55, was accused of exposing himself to a mother and her two children in Arizona Sunday. The mother called police to report the man, and told cops he had been standing outside of an apartment. When police arrived and knocked on the door, Polley answered with his pants still around his ankles! There's your proof right there. Polley became belligerent, but police were able to arrest him after a struggle. It was unclear if they made him pull his pants up during that time.
