DOUCHE OF THE DAY–Man Sues Police For Embarrassing Him

An armed robber in Germany is now suing police because he claims they embarrassed him during his arrest. After being handcuffed, a police officer walked Phillip Niere down the street with his pants around his ankles and his sweater pulled over his head. He wants compensation for the “needless humiliation” he suffered. Never mind the fact that the 38-year-old walked into a bank and threatened to kill five hostages if he did not receive $320,000. Let’s all feel sorry for him because he had a bashful moment.
