Donut Shop Worker Viciously Attacked Over Coffee Mistake
A Florida man is in hot water over accusations he beat up a Dunkin' Donuts employee because his order was wrong.
Police in Lauderhill say Jeffrey Wright and his wife got pretty upset about the coffee and pistol-whipped a worker. They say he went through the drive-thru and then went back to the place a few minutes later. He's accused of beating the employee, as well as the restaurant manager. Wright ended up behind bars on $20,000 bond.
Wright, 27, does have a concealed weapons permit, but is charged with aggravated battery. His wife is also facing charges.
