Dog Poo Kills [VIDEO]

It's a story we've all heard.  Neighbor's dog poo's on angry neighbor's lawn, angry neighbor kills neighbor.  It happens everyday in America.  Wait?  What?  A man was killed over some dog poo?  Really?!

Yes, but NOT in Florida mind you:

A neighborly dispute over dog poop turned deadly in the Tacony section of Philadelphia

The neighbor killer in question is 27-year-old, Tyrirk Harris.  Now Mr. Harris is being accused of killing his neighbor, 47-year-old  Franklin Manuel Santana.  Word is Harris confronted Santana then pulled a 9-mm handgun.

So Mr. Harris shot and killed a man over dog poo.  The man he killed had a wife, a 6-week old daughter, and a couple of dogs too.
