Do Wyoming Motorists Change Their Own Oil? [Poll Question]

A new survey from the United States Department of Transportation says just under 8% of Americans actually still change their own oil... only 8%!

In fact, recent data suggest that 2/3 of teen drivers don't know basic automotive care and 60% of Americans can't fix a flat tire.
