On Wednesday night (Feb. 11), Courtney Love will make an exciting appearance on FOX's new TV show, 'Empire.' The show focuses on the workings of the hip-hop entertainment company Empire Enterprises, and Love's character is looking for a new hit -- even though she's a bit past her prime.

Chatting with Entertainment Weekly, Love said she "had to get into the mindset of someone with that kind of sense of entitlement. I wanted to get more into the real diva and a delusional diva because I'm on drugs -- not in life but as this character."

She laughingly adds, "You can't imagine the research I had to do for that because I know nothing about that! But it was super fun ... I had the time of my life filming."
